JULIETTE LEWIS  plays Kate

Juliette Lewis is one of the most captivating performers of her generation. Bringing an emotional rawness and authenticity to every one of her film roles, she has proven her ability to embody a broad spectrum of roles.

In 1991, the actress amazed audiences and criticsfor her riveting work in Martin Scorcese's remake of CAPE FEAR, co-starring Robert DeNiro, Nick Nolte and Jessica Lange. She next joined the cast of the Woody Allen comedy HUSBANDS AND WIVES, followed by THAT NIGHT, co-starring C. Thomas Howell.   Other roles quickly followed, including KALIFORNIA with Brad Pitt, and WHAT'S EATING GILBERT GRAPE with Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp. She stirred up screen controversy in NATURAL BORN KILLERS, with Woody Harrelson, Tommy Lee Jones and Robert Downey, Jr., then reteamed with Leonardo DiCaprio in THE BASKETBALL DIARIES. She went on to star opposite Steve Martin in MIXED NUTS, with Ralph Fiennes in the futuristic STRANGE DAYS, and with George Clooney in the vampire tale FROM DUSK 'TIL DAWN.

She also starred opposite Shirley MacLaine in THE EVENING STAR and with Diane Keaton and Giovanni Ribisi in THE OTHER SISTER.  Lewis appeared in a variety of diverse roles: HYSTERICAL BLINDNESS with Uma Thurman and Gena Rowlands, ENOUGH opposite Jennifer Lopez; Adam Arkin's MY LOUISIANA SKY, THE WAY OF THE GUN, co-starring Benicio Del Toro and James Caan; Susan Siedelman's GAUDI AFTERNOON; and the independent feature ROOM TO RENT. She appeared in OLD SCHOOL with Luke Wilson and Vince Vaughn and recently in STARSKY & HUTCH with Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson.
